I should note that there are possibly restrictions on these particular gift certificates, such as minimum purchase requirements (for example, a $25 gift certificate may require a purchase of $35 or even $50).
Restaurant.com often runs specials, such that with the right coupon code you can save 50% or even up to 80% off the regular price of a gift certificate (a $25 gift certificate has been as cheap as $2).
As an added bonus, you can purchase restaurant.com gift certificates after first visiting your favorite rebate or airline miles site such as Upromise, FatWallet, or Ebates, among others, and receive cash back or miles after your purchase. Always good to get double savings.
